Thank you for your patience and thank you to those who have filled in their questionnaires. We have officially started production on the two delectable YumYumChas and will be proceeding to completing them hopefully by June. I will ensure that the final products will be of the utmost quality and after the first sample there was a few things that could be improved and I will be sure to let the manufacturer know about them. 

For those who have yet to complete their surveys, please do so as soon as you can as this affects whether you will receive your pledge! As without your shipping details and your choice of YumYumCha, I will not be able to fulfil your pledge and order. 

For those who have completed the survey, you have done your part and all that's left to do is wait for me to do mine! Shipping information will be locked much later in the process and if you require a change in address you can always change it from now till they get locked.

That is all for now, I will be updating as we get news from our manufacturer.

Hello everyone! Thank you for your patience with waiting for the surveys but they are all officially sent out to every single backer!

In this survey, you will have the opportunity to confirm your pledge and the relevant pledge rewards while also making the all important choice of locking in either the Siu Mai or Steamy Dumpling design as your YumYumCha Plush Reusable Bag. You can also take this time to add-on any goodies (all at exclusive discounted rates of course) or even upgrading your pledge level if you want even more YumYumCha! 

But most importantly, this is the survey that you will need to fill in your shipping information and calculate the shipping costs! Important thing to note that if you are opting for local pick-up (only available for backers residing in Melbourne, Australia and Singapore backers that wish to pick up during Artsobi in August 2026), you will need to select "Local Pickup" in the "Country" drop down menu field as well as enter in your shipping address, just in case local pick up falls through. 

The quicker all surveys are completed, the quicker we can confirm the amounts needed for manufacturing and in turn the quicker you will get your hands on your very own YumYumCha Plush Reusable Bag!

Take note you will have till the end of March to complete this and when we lock orders and charge your cards for shipping. Up till then, you can fill up, adjust and complete the survey as you like.

There are also still a few failed charges for a small amount of backers that have not been fixed yet, so please rectify your card issue or you will not be able to proceed on to the next stage.

Hello everyone!

A huge big thank you for an amazing campaign! An especially big thank you goes to all the backers that have pledged to make this project come to life, my heart goes out to each and everyone of you! We were so close to unlocking the second design "Steamy Dumpling" and I have decided to put in some of my own savings to offer this design as an option for ALL existing backers and in the pre-order store!

All backers will be receiving emails regarding processing of payments in the next few days. In the email, Backerkit will indicate if your payment has been processed successfully or has failed.

If you have failed payments, please get them verified and correct as soon as possible as it is very important for the next step of the process of this project and to prevent further delays.

What's next?

Surveys will be sent out in approximately 2 weeks time as I prepare them. When they are sent out, you will be able to confirm your pledge, optionally upgrade your pledge if you wish, add on any items that you might have missed during the campaigns and set up payment for shipping.

Initially I wanted to receive a physical sample before the campaign launched but I wanted to make sure that my manufacturer gets as close to what I've envisioned in my mind as possible so there has been a lot of back and forth to try and refine it as much as possible. That's the only reason I do not have a proper sample to show off to ya'll but here are some of the most recent photos sent to me by the manufacturer and we are 95% there!

They have been exceedingly patient with my revisions and I am so happy that the sample is almost done! I have also put in a request for a slightly wider grocery bag instead of it just being square for more space to use. Hopefully we can finish this sample off by the end of the week and ship it to me by next week!

We've hit over A$1000!! That is only A$500 away from unlocking our next design the Steamy Dumpling! We're a little over the halfway mark for this campaign and have about 11 days left so if we want to unlock that dumpling we need YOU! Yes YOU, to tell all your friends and family about getting their hands on an exclusive yumyumcha plush reusable bag charm! 

A biggest thank you to everyone who has pledged so far, we couldn't have done it without ya'll! We've hit the initial goal of getting our Siu Mai design funded!!
